FAQ

Are These Lights Bright Enough For Pathways?

These BRIGHTDECK ghosts are primarily decorative, so if you want mood and holiday charm they do the job well; if you need clear, safe pathway lighting you should add purpose-built spotlights or place several ghosts close together. If you like the BRIGHTDECK ghosts at White) $9.99 + Free Shipping w/ Prime or on $35+, think of them as ambiance pieces rather than a replacement for strong walkway fixtures.

How Long Will The Solar Batteries Last And How Can I Improve Runtime?

Runtime depends on how much direct sun the panels get and how old the batteries are, so position the lights in full sun during the day and wipe the panel clean occasionally to keep charging efficient. In winter or on cloudy stretches expect shorter nights, and if you plan to store them remove or switch them off to protect the battery life.

Can I Use These Year-Round Or Are They Just For Halloween?

You can reuse them beyond Halloween for seasonal displays or casual garden accents, but because they prioritize novelty design you may prefer a more rugged spotlight for all-season landscape lighting; consider pairing the ghosts with a durable solar option for everyday tasks and keep the ghosts sheltered or stored when storms or extreme cold are expected to prolong their lifespan.
