Ideal replacement for our previous teapot. Does the job perfectly. Lightweight and a good price. Arrived on time and well-packaged. Would buy again.

I ordered this for a daily tea pot for loose leaf tea from M&S. It is cracking. Easy to set up, and to brew 1-2 mugs of loose leaf tea. Cleaning is easy, just take out the infuser. As usual you have to tap the used leaves into a bin, then rinse. You will have tea stains on the infuser because that's what tea brewing does. Can't recommend highly enough.
The teapot’s plastic frame, handle and glass beaker are all heat resistant, keeping your tea warmer for longer while it infuses and protecting you while you serve.
The stainless steel infuser basket comes out of the teapot when you’re ready to serve, preventing any loose tea leaves from entering your mug for a smoother drink overall.
The 700ml Teapot will hold enough tea to fill approximately two average sized mugs.
The teapot is designed to withstand frequent daily use.

People are really loving this teapot, especially for its stovetop safety and how easy it is to clean after enjoying your brew. Many highlight its sturdy feel despite being glass, and how well the infuser handles loose leaves, even the really fine ones, without any bits ending up in your cup. It’s also frequently praised for its generous size, perfect for a couple of people, and the fact that it pours beautifully without any drips.

I’ve been using this teapot almost daily for a few weeks now, and I’m really happy with it. The glass is crystal clear and feels sturdy — it’s great to watch the tea leaves unfurl while it brews. The size is perfect for serving two to four people, and the stainless steel infuser does a good job keeping loose leaves contained. One thing I really appreciate is that it's stovetop-safe. I’ve used it directly on my gas burner a few times with no issues. It heats evenly and feels safe to handle. Cleaning is also super easy — I usually just rinse it out and let it air dry. If I had one small suggestion, it would be to slightly thicken the handle for a more comfortable grip, but that’s a minor point. Overall, it’s a beautiful and practical teapot that works just as described. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone who enjoys loose leaf tea.

When this very well packaged teapot arrived we were not too sure how often we would use it. However, it is in use every single day and has been used for many moths. Always it is used with boiling water and it is washed out between uses. The overall quality of the teapot is good. The glass is thick enough to offer confidence in it lasting. The spout is a great pourer, no drips. So useful and often understated. The lid fits solidly, with some holes for steam evaporation. The infuser is well made and solid with the smallest of holes. For us that is great, having tried fine cut leaves, some have been very fine and similar to tea bags, and then all the way up to hibiscus flower pieces. We do not see particles or bits in the liquid of the tea. We always use a plastic type of brush to clean both the pot and gently clean the infuser. That has worked well. It would be most difficult for us to find fault at all with this teapot. Considering that we use it every single day we have not found it inadequate in any way. We do always use boiling water and some care needs to be taken with the glass handle when first poured. Yes, the handle gets hot, but not unbearably so. Overall an excellent value for money teapot that holds a great capacity of a b=rewed tea and has done so for us for many months, used daily. Very much recommended. I hope this review is helpful.
Made from durable and healthy borosilicate glass, it's designed to handle a wide range of temperatures, keeping your tea just right.
Its clever, narrow design helps you save precious counter space, looking elegant while doing so.
Feel free to use it on your stovetop, in the microwave, and simply pop it in the dishwasher when you're done for effortless cleaning.
The removable stainless steel infuser lets you brew loose leaf tea perfectly, ensuring a clean cup free from stray leaves.
With a generous 1500ml capacity, it's ideal for serving several cups, and its drip-free spout ensures a smooth, mess-free pour every time.

When looking at the two best teapots of 2025, you’ll find some differences in their glass construction. The Café Olé Everyday Tea Pot, priced at a very reasonable £10.00, uses toughened glass.
While it’s generally sturdy for its price, it's not Pyrex, so you should treat it with care, much like a traditional pottery teapot. A good tip is to warm it with a little warm water before adding boiling water, which helps prevent sudden temperature changes and potential shattering. On the other hand, the Ehugos Glass Teapot, at £22.99, is made from borosilicate glass, which is known for its excellent heat resistance and durability. This means you can even use it directly on your stovetop – whether gas or electric – without worry, making it quite versatile.
Both are designed to withstand boiling water for brewing, but the Ehugos offers an added layer of robustness due to its superior material.
Choosing the right size really depends on how much tea you typically brew. The Café Olé Everyday Tea Pot offers a 700 ml capacity, which is generally perfect if you're making tea for one or two people, easily filling one to two normal-sized mugs.
It’s ideal for a quick, personal brew. However, if you often entertain or enjoy multiple cups throughout the day, the Ehugos Glass Teapot, with its generous 1500 ml capacity, might be a better fit. This size is excellent for serving two to four people comfortably, ensuring everyone gets a refreshing cup without constant refills. Consider your usual tea consumption and the number of people you'll typically be serving to pick the perfect capacity for you.
For brewing loose leaf tea, the infuser quality and ease of cleaning are quite important. The Café Olé Everyday Tea Pot comes with an infuser basket, which is simple and effective for many loose leaf teas. However, some users have noted that the holes can be a little larger, meaning very fine tea particles might escape into your cup.
Regarding cleaning, while it is technically dishwasher safe, it's highly recommended to wash it by hand in warm soapy water to preserve its appearance and prevent any potential rust issues on the metal components. For the Ehugos Glass Teapot, you'll find a well-made stainless steel infuser with very fine holes, which does an excellent job of keeping even the smallest tea particles contained, ensuring a clear brew.
This teapot is also dishwasher safe, and many users find it very easy to clean by simply rinsing it out. A plastic brush can be handy for gently cleaning both the pot and the infuser to maintain their pristine condition.
In summary, choosing the right teapot can significantly elevate your daily tea experience, moving beyond mere functionality to offer a moment of calm and enjoyment. You have learned that factors like material, capacity, and infuser design play a crucial role in achieving a perfect brew. Investing in one of the recommended teapots means you are choosing a companion that offers durability, ease of use, and consistently delivers a delightful cup of tea.
By considering these aspects, you can ensure your tea moments are always satisfying and enriching. We hope this guide has empowered you to make a confident choice that will bring you many years of brewing pleasure.
