Envato bills itself as The world's largest creative marketplace where you can buy and sell individual items for any budget or project and if you drive transactions through it's Marketplace they will pay you 30% for each new customer purchase.
Envato has portfolio of internet properties servicng marketers, small business, web designers, developers, and agencies. While Envato has three different affiliate programs you can join, to generate and monetize content with Roundups, you'll want to join the Envato Marketplace affiliate program.
It is best to apply if you already have an existing Impact account and/or you're already a blogger. Envato isn't looking to generate content from it's products. It's looking for people with an audience and AI can assist you in creating content for your audience. So, if you're asked how you will market Envato Marketplace products, explain that you're creating product research without focusing on the AI proposition of Roundups.
To get started and connect your Envato Marketplace Affiliate account with Impact to Roundups so you can earn commissions on software Roundups, to sign in to the Impact dashboard.
If you already applied for the Envato Marketplace affiliate program, you'll see it under My Brands. Otherwise, if you're already using Imppact you'll need to search and find Envato Marketplace and add it. To verify if Envato Marketplace has been added, in the Impact dashboard top navigation bar, click My Brands and you would see Envato Marketplace added.
If you don't see Envato Marketplace, you'll need to click from the top navigation bar to Brands > Find Brands so you can find and add Envato Marketplace.
While you can apply for several affiliate programs managed by Impact on behalf of brands, Roundups currently only supports a couple of brands. Search for Envato marketplace and then apply for the affiliate offer.
In the Roundups dashboard, click into My Integrations annd select the Envato Marketplace integration.
You'll see how Roundups requires an Account SID and an Auth Token
Go back to the Impact dashboard and on the bottom left click the 3 dots and click into Settings.
You'll see a list of links. Scroll down to the Technical section and click the link to API Access.
Copy your Account SID to your clipboard and go back to Roundups and input that into the Account SID field for your Impact integration
You can click the eye icon to reveal your Auth Token, then copy that to your clipboard and paste that into your Roundup settings for your AppSumo integration.
Click Save Settings and you're all set to create Envato Marketplace Roundups and turn content into affiliate commerce!
